We have set up a systematic quality control system.

Test Labs

At present we have 3 testing labs: 2 Process Quality Control lab and 1 Final Product Quality Control lab. We have a plan in the near future to set up an International lab with all importing testing equipments and a Application lab.

Quality Control Rules

• Take one samples from production line every hour, do the test
• Every delievering is with COA
• We have already successfully passed the ISO9001 certificat, every detail thing will be strictly obey the construction

TQC Procedures and ISO 9001: 2000- Certification

Our experienced QC will supervise the production and check the quality before delivery. We conduct TQC procedures according to ISO 9001: 2000-certified guidelines.

In order to ensure better quality, we carry out five processes below:
1. Material inspection
2. Semi-manufactured goods inspection
3. Itinerary inspection
4. Finished products inspection
5. Shipment inspection.
